Reiki is a healing art that is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.  Our bodies intuitively know how to heal themselves but when they become out of balance due to trauma or every day life events, the body struggles to do so.  It restores balance to the body.  Reiki is used to ease tension and facilitate healing on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  It does not take the place of traditional medicine but is a wonderful modality to complement it and help with chronic pain, relaxation and general well-being.

Pranic Healing  is an energy modality that utilizes prana (energy) to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes.   It is based on the principles of the body's ability to self-heal and that the healing process can be accelerated by increasing the life force energy (prana) that is readily available from the sun, air and ground.  Pranic Healing focuses on the Chakra system and like Reiki, it works on all levels of healing...Emotional, Spiritual and Physical.  It is a no touch form of energy healing that works on the energy body as physical ailments first appear as energetic disruptions in the aura before manifesting as a problems in the physical body.

Distance Reiki or Pranic Healing

Everything is made up of energy. It cannot be destroyed or created, only transformed. Energy is not bound by time or space.  It is because of this scientific fact that distance healing is so effective.  The healing energy (prana) can travel over space and time to reach a person or animal anywhere in the world.  By using a photo, a surrogate or just the intention of the healer, a client will receive the same energy healing as if they were there in person while being in their own space where they are most comfortable.
